Anything unusual, such as a noise, warning light or unusual operation or feel in the brakes should be inspected by a trained technician to prevent brake failure. For example, if you’re ABS warning light is on but you can still use your brakes, that means you will still have standard braking ability, though in the event of an emergency stop the vehicles ABS system is not going to work as designed. It’s important to note that a Red Brake warning light is more of a safety issue indicating that there is a hydraulic or pressure problem. This should be inspected ASAP and your vehicle should be towed or driven to with extreme caution immediately to a service center.
